Senior Account Manager/Account Director - Reputation Advisory/Corporate Communications

Location: London, UK

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office

While the core focus is corporate communications, they pride themselves on providing a comprehensive toolbox across reputation advisory: government communications and lobbying, crisis and issues management, media handling, individual counsel, and even financial calendar and capital markets day support.

Clients span a diverse range of sectors, from banks leading in sustainable finance, high street retail stores on strategic communications, to law firms and high-profile individuals.

The agency was founded by experienced professionals from large agencies who wanted to create an environment with less churn and more personalized client counsel.

The Role

We're seeking someone at SAM/AD level, but strong AM candidates will also be considered. Corporate communications is the key skill required, though the agency's scope covers the full reputation advisory spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and creative support to enhance clients’ reputations and meet their business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively engage with external stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Create content for briefing documents, press releases, media pitches, presentations, social media, and news summaries, advising clients on communication strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis using monitoring tools, and translate findings into actionable insights for media reports and proposals.
  • Stay informed on current affairs and political/business landscapes to leverage opportunities and manage risks.
