Senior Account Manager

Trevett Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a national FM and building services provider in Worcester.


You will play a vital part in covering various services such as M&E, building fabric, projects, together with P&L responsibility for the contract, lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and revenue growth.


This is a full-time permanent role, offering up to £70,000 per annum in addition to a comprehensive benefits package and car allowance.


Key Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across the range of services
  • Achieve financial performance targets for the contract, including turnover, profit, and cash collection
  • Maintain a sound commercial understanding of contractual deliverables and provide leadership to the site team
  • Collaborate with senior management and the client
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and commercial value
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external customers to maximize operational excellence and growth opportunities
  • Support the development of direct reports and the wider team through regular reviews and training
  • Manage risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality via risk assessments, PPE, training, and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all
