We have already recruited for this role once so far this year, but due to client demand and growth we are looking for another Senior Account Manager to join our team! We’re looking for a client services professional with a strong track record of agency account management and client success to play a key role in managing customer relationships across high stakes national and international digital campaigns.

As an integral voice in the central Client Services function at ICS-digital, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients, while ensuring all projects - across service areas like SEO, content, PR and translation - are delivered on time and to budget - often at global scale.
