QCS Staffing Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team in London, supporting mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on managing and growing key accounts, developing account plans and driving revenue growth across complex technical environments.

The successful candidate will build relationships with stakeholders across procurement, commercial, engineering and leadership to ensure exceptional service and predictable project outcomes.

Formación

• Experience managing key accounts in data centres, construction, engineering or mission-critical sectors.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially minded with experience negotiating and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service with a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow key strategic accounts, being the main contact and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement, commercial, engineering, project delivery and leadership teams.
• Develop account plans, identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing customers.
• Produce quotations, manage sales pipelines and provide regular account reviews, forecasts and commercial updates.

Senior Account Manager – Permanent – UK, London – Data Centres

We are currently supporting a specialist engineering and project delivery company supporting mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects across complex technical environments. The organisation provides installation, coordination and engineering expertise to help deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team and support their current project in London.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow key strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, commercial, engineering, project delivery and leadership teams.
• Develop account plans, identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth within existing customers.
• Produce quotations, manage sales pipelines and provide regular account reviews, forecasts and commercial updates.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience managing key accounts within data centres, construction, engineering, mission-critical or related technical sectors.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
