Overview

We’re looking for a commercially savvy and creatively driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the day-to-day lead across key client accounts, responsible for building strong relationships, delivering standout work, and driving growth.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, idea-led environment — balancing strategic thinking with flawless delivery. You’ll be the vital link between our clients and internal creative, production and strategy teams, ensuring everything we do is aligned, effective and elevates the work.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring briefs are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

· Build trusted client relationships, understanding their business, brand and objectives inside out.

· Write clear, inspiring creative briefs and work closely with creative and strategy teams throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage budgets, timings and resource planning with accuracy and foresight.

· Present work with confidence, clarity and an understanding of commercial impact.

· Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and deepen client partnerships.

· Oversee project progress, flagging risks early and solving problems with calm efficiency.

· Mentor junior team members and support account directors as needed.

Requirements

· 4–6 years experience in a creative, integrated or digital agency environment.

· Experience in automotive and/or FMCG.

· Proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale campaigns or projects end-to-end.

· Strong understanding of branding, content, digital and production processes.

· Excellent communicator — both written and verbal — with high emotional intelligence.

· Commercially astute with good financial management skills.

· Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always collaborative.

· Passionate about great creative work and how it delivers real business value.
