About the role

Lycetts Insurance Brokers, proudly part of Benefact Group, is looking for a Senior Account Handler to join our London or Godalming office.

The role holder will manage insurance and financial services for Lycetts corporate and commercial clients and prospects. Responsibilities include supporting business development through quotes and cross-referrals, and collaborating with senior account executives to manage client and prospect accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming new business inquiries and prepare quotations
• Identify and initiate cross-referral opportunities with prospects and clients
• Prepare documentation for meetings and presentations
• Develop and mentor team members
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-referrals
• Ensure compliance with file management, procedures, and FCA guidelines

Knowledge, skills, and experience

• Develop in-depth insurance technical knowledge
• Knowledge of Acturis is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to build and manage cooperative relationships
