Job summary

MiQ Digital Ltd - UK is seeking a Senior Account Executive in London (Kings Cross) to manage client relationships and campaigns across programmatic and social channels. You will collaborate with internal teams to bring creative, audience-first ideas to life and ensure seamless campaign operations.

The role emphasizes client-facing responsibilities, upselling opportunities, and building strong, data-driven recommendations while maintaining excellent communication and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an advertising/media agency or owner (or similar) Account Management / Client Services background.
• Knowledge of the programmatic and social media space is required.
• Curiosity about the wider digital ecosystem and a desire to build product knowledge across display, video, audio and YouTube.
• Strong strategic thinking to connect client objectives with campaign performance and insights.
• Commercial acumen to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Excellent communication and ability to tell a story with data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for MiQ clients.
• Ensure campaign operations are seamless and issues are resolved quickly.
• Support on client entertainment and relationship-building activities.
• Campaign management: support programmatic and social campaigns and setup requirements.
• Project manage build of creative assets and post-campaign reporting and insights.
• Administrative support: IO management in Salesforce and billing details reconciliation.
• Technical support: implement tracking pixels and troubleshoot campaign issues; understand DSPs and pixel-management systems.
