You’ll join a fast-growing, innovative commercial insurance broking firm known for quality advice and exceptional service.

Senior Account Executive

• Due to growth, the business seeks Senior Account Executives in strategic locations to manage key clients and expand its footprint.
• The role combines client management, retention, and strategic business development in industries like engineering, manufacturing, technology, construction, real estate, energy, renewables, creatives, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
• The setup allows focus on clients and prospects, supported by account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
• This is a home-based role with regular office attendance, working with clients generating at least £5,000-£10,000 in fees or commissions.
• You will aim for a 10% growth in your book, with bonuses on increasing targets.
• A business development team provides leads and appointments.
• You will receive full broking, handling, and administrative support, plus claims and risk management solutions.
• This role offers career growth within a successful and expanding organization.
