Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to advance in all areas of commercial insurance broking. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your proposition and service delivery, enjoy competitive rewards, and work within a progressive environment.

You will join an innovative and rapidly growing UK-based commercial insurance broking firm, built on quality advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key clients and expand the company's footprint in strategic locations due to business growth.
  • Balance client management and retention with strategic business development in industries such as engineering, manufacturing & technology, construction & real estate, energy & renewables, creative sectors, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
  • Focus on client and prospect engagement, supported by dedicated account handlers, claims resources, and regional/national broking colleagues.
  • This is a home-based role with regular office attendance, working with clients generating at least £5,000-£10,000 in fees or commissions, with potential for higher income.
  • Target a 10% growth in your book, with bonuses increasing on a trajectory.
  • Leverage the business development team for prospecting, leads, and appointments.
  • Benefit from full broking, handling, and administrative support, along with award-winning claims and risk management solutions.
