Job summary

Employment Specialists is seeking an Account Director to lead first-class risk management service for major clients in the insurance broking sector. You will work with CEOs and CFOs, ensuring bespoke insurance programmes and close collaboration with clients.

The role involves travel to London two to three days per week and a hybrid working pattern. You will be responsible for revenues and client interests, building relationships with household-name clients and multinationals while delivering

Qualifications

• First class Commercial Insurance knowledge gained across all classes of business.
• Integrity, credibility and presence at Senior levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine desire for excellent customer service and business development.

Responsibilities

• Understand the clients' business and their risk management needs to provide first class Insurance solutions
• Ensure Insurance solutions are appropriately priced to meet the clients' needs and deliver profitable business
• Lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service
• Proactively develop client relationships to ensure excellent retention rates
• Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met
