The Team & Agency

The Role

• An established Senior Account Director or AD with 2 years plus experience operating at SAD level.
• Someone with outstanding FMCG, drinks, entertainment, and consumer agency experience; someone at this level who is used to leading four or more busy consumer accounts.
• Diverse client mix likely to include a leading alcoholic drinks brand and an innovative green energy brand (again, big budgets for big creative campaigns).
• Great project and client handler, used to dealing with both big brand campaigns and always-on press office accounts.
• Inspiring team leader - managing sizable teams and demonstrating you can develop and train juniors to optimize their performance.
• Ability to lead and work on a combined fee income portfolio of £700k +.
• A good media strategist and in-touch with what makes a strong PR angle/story.
