Role Overview

The Senior Account Director will focus on developing opportunities and driving growth across strategic client accounts and new business. You will excel in selling IT services, leveraging business development opportunities to work with our most strategic customers. The role requires the ability to drive transformational IT service solutions, helping customers accelerate their transition journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including solution shapers, department heads, and decision-makers.
  2. Tailor IT services to meet client needs and challenges.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights to improve IT efficiency.
  4. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  5. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  6. Lead sales processes from lead generation to closing contracts.
  7. Develop strategic account plans.
  8. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  10. Achieve and exceed sales targets and strategic objectives.
  11. Maximize revenue opportunities aligned with customer outcomes.
  12. Provide feedback to shape product and solution portfolios.
  13. Support the SDR team with account strategies and development.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven success in strategic account management, preferably in IT/Technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
