Our client is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their team on a 2-month freelance contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building trusted client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor
Leading fast-paced press office activity, campaigns, and projects end-to-end
Overseeing project delivery—from briefing and resourcing to execution and results
Collaborating with media, digital, influencer, and cross-agency partners
Managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Execs
Acting as a key escalation point, offering guidance and solutions
Running regular client check-ins and status meetings
Ensuring campaign materials align with client strategy and comms goals
Evaluating campaign effectiveness with smart measurement and ROI reporting
Juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with confidence
Driving DEI values in all aspects of work
Staying sharp on industry trends and fresh thinking

What We're Looking For:

A proven Senior AD or experienced Account Director ready to step up
Solid background in FMCG and digital PR (including SEO knowledge)
Strong handle on the UK media landscape and influencer marketing (earned/paid/owned)
Experience managing high-pressure press office environments
Strategic thinker with creative flair and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable owning client relationships and delivering standout work
Hands-on leader who supports junior team members and leads from the front
Commercially savvy and confident managing budgets and performance
Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by great work and great people

Contract Information:

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months, with a high likelihood of being extended
Working Pattern: Required on-site 2 days a week in London
