Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a 4D Planner in Gerrards Cross to join an established construction contractor delivering complex projects across the UK and Europe. You will develop 4D models using Synchro Pro, link programmes with 3D models, and work with planning, design and site delivery teams to improve coordination and identify potential challenges.

The role offers £55,000-£75,000 with career progression, technical training, private healthcare, pension and holidays; immediate

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience using Synchro Pro 4D.
• Previous experience within the construction industry.
• A good understanding of construction sequencing and project programmes.
• Experience coordinating with planning, design and site delivery teams.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Are you a 4D Planner with strong Synchro Pro experience looking to join an established construction contractor delivering technically complex projects across the UK and Europe?

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team supporting live construction projects through 4D planning, sequencing and digital project delivery.You will work closely with planning, design and operational teams to create clear visual programmes that improve project coordination and identify potential construction challenges.

Your role as a 4D Planner will include:

• Developing and maintaining 4D construction models using Synchro Pro
• Linking project programmes with 3D models to demonstrate construction sequencing
