Job description

We’re working with a specialist, fully remote UK recruitment team focused on data centre construction and project controls. We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who can own the full cycle — from new business to placement — and deliver high‑quality candidates into roles such as cost engineers, planners, and project controllers for major data centre projects.

Key responsibilities :
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned accounts and sectors : business development, client meetings, role scoping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and placement.
  • Win new clients and build strategic account plans to generate repeat business.
  • Source niche technical talent using advanced sourcing methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM workflows.
  • Manage the candidate journey, from first contact through to onboarding and post‑placement follow up.
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM; report progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practice and support delivery where needed.
What we’re looking for :
  • Proven 360 recruitment experience exclusively within data centre construction or project controls; candidates without this specific sector experience will not be considered.
  • Track record of billable placements and new client wins; able to share recent examples.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and a CRM (Bullhorn, Salesforce or similar).
  • Self‑motivated, results driven and comfortable working fully remotely across UK hours.
  • Right to work in the UK required.
