We are hiring experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants at intermediate and senior levels across the UK, offering uncapped commissions, mentor schemes and clear progression within award-winning agencies.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful billings in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to win new business.
• Strong candidate management and delivery skills.
• Passion for sales, recruitment and consulting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition for progression.

Responsibilities

• Run a full 360 recruitment desk within a specialist market.
• Win new business and develop long-term client relationships.
• Build and manage a profitable candidate and client pipeline.
• Recruit and place candidates up to senior level.
• Source, qualify, and represent high-quality professionals.
• Manage billings, KPIs, and revenue targets.
