• 3–5 years experience in a Technical Analyst or similar Service Desk role.
• Proven ability to meet SLAs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort in face-to-face client interactions and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues raised by clients.
• Contribute to technical audits and provide recommendations.
• Work in a team to maintain high service levels.

Skills

Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure

Experience working in a fast-paced service desk

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to write clear technical records

Networking knowledge (IP, VLAN, DHCP, Firewalls)
