Qualifications

• 3+ years of 1st/2nd line IT support experience.
• Experience in a service desk environment with SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line on-site desktop and application support.
• Troubleshoot incidents for Windows and mobile devices.
• Repair hardware with warranty providers where applicable.
• Log all work accurately in the Service Desk tool and maintain SLAs.
