Job summary

Lavazza Professional UK is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our UK team. The role operates on a rotating 12-hour shift, with days and nights, and occasional weekends. You will lead on-shift maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure production lines run smoothly.

Candidates must have FMCG experience, strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding, and be based in the UK with right to work. The position includes a £3,500 shift allowance and a potential 5% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Modern Apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications in maintenance.
• Electrical experience up to 415V is essential.
• Strong fault-finding on mechanical/electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enable efficient production line operation and address KPI issues.
• Perform mechanical maintenance and repair on production line machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment; lead shift activities.
• Maintain training plans and develop technical skills on shift.
• Act as site Duty Manager when required and lead escalation

Education

NVQ Diploma (Mech/Elec Maintenance) or equivalent

Level 3 Technical Certification in Operations and Maintenance

Electrical fault-finding up to 415V

Manufacturing sector experience
