Qualifications

• Operational leadership experience in health/public health settings.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and driving service transformation.
• Strong governance, safeguarding and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across the Waltham Forest 0-19 Service (Health Visiting and School Nursing).
• Lead service transformation and monitor delivery of contracted outcomes and KPIs.
• Oversee budget, resources and workforce planning to meet demand and ensure cost-effectiveness.
