Academics (Rochester) is recruiting a SENCO to join a primary school in south east London ASAP.

This role will suit an experienced SENCO with the ability to lead and build good working relationships with staff, students, and parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record, experience in effective management, and demonstrate determination to influence positive changes and contribute to the further development of school behavior improvements.

  • Location - Plumstead / Greenwich
  • Position - Qualified SENCo
  • Start date - ASAP
  • Duration - Maternity Leave / Academic Year
  • Rate of pay - To teachers' pay scales

Experience, Training, and Qualifications

  • Must hold QTS
  • NASENCo Qualification or experience working as a SENCO prior to 2008/2009 regulation changes in a school setting
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training

To work with Academics (Rochester), you must hold the right to work in the UK, possess an enhanced disclosure check through the DBS (registered with the online update service) or be willing to process a new application with us. You should also provide two professional child-related references.
