Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SENDCo to lead the SEN provision in a forward‑thinking SEN school. You will develop and monitor the SEND policy, oversee assessment and the development of personalised learning plans, and line manage a team of teaching assistants.
Working closely with classroom teachers, leaders, external specialists, and families, you will promote inclusive practice, maintain accurate records for Ofsted readiness, and drive improvements in pupil outcomes.
