Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles include in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring with flexible hours and part‑time to full‑time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way.
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references.
• Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, adolescents and young people with SEMH and SEND needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD.
• Support pupils and students referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
