Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition. Roles are in person, hybrid, or remote, with flexible part-time to full-time hours to fit your schedule and a self-employed status.

The role focuses on transforming lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEND and SEMH, using trauma-informed approaches and flexible teaching arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths and/or Science
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with right to work in the UK, even for remote/online roles

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to SEND/SEMH learners
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Comply with safeguarding and Safer Recruitment processes
