Qualifications

• Significant experience with SEND Tribunals or complex statutory SEND processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and tribunal procedures.
• Excellent written skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEND Tribunal appeals from registration to conclusion.
• Provide expert advice on tribunal matters.
• Prepare and quality-assure tribunal documentation.
