• Provide hands-on leadership during periods of change, supporting teams to transition.
• Act as a central coordination point between statutory teams, senior leaders, and partner organisations.
• Review, develop, and implement policies, SOPs, and guidance to ensure statutory duties compliance.
• Embed robust EHCP quality assurance processes to improve consistency, quality, and timeliness.
• Provide expert advice on complex EHCP and statutory casework to strengthen practice and processes.

Job Purpose

• The SENDTransformation Lead will play a key role in driving and embeddingtransformation change across SEND services, with a primary focus onstabilising and improving the restructured Statutory SEND Teams.
• The role willprovide operational leadership and change management expertise to ensure newstructures, processes, and ways of working are effectively implemented,resulting in sustainable improvements in performance, quality, and outcomes forchildren and young people with SEND.

• Review, develop, and implement policies, standard operatingprocedures (SOPs), and guidance to ensure compliance with statutory duties.
• Embed robust EHCP quality assurance processes to driveimprovements in consistency, quality, and timeliness.
• Provide expert advice on complex EHCP and statutorycasework, using insight to strengthen practice and processes.

Essential Experience Required

• Significant experience working within SEND services, with astrong understanding of statutory processes.

Essential Qualifications Required

• Degree-levelqualification or equivalent experience.
• Evidence ofcontinued professional development.

• Working hours: 36 hours per week
• Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1AS, United Kingdom
• Work pattern - 2 days in the office per week
• We work on bi-weekly schedule.
