Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a SEND Team Manager to lead the Multi-Agency Alternative Education Team across county locations. You will support children and young people in accessing alternative provision and work toward returning to school, with a focus on inclusion and helping vulnerable learners thrive in their communities.
The role is a fixed-term, 12-month assignment with a hybrid working pattern and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and SEND compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a SEND Team Manager to jointly lead the development of our new Multi-Agency Alternative Education Team. You will support children and young people in Nottinghamshire as they access alternative provision and work towards returning to school. We are looking for a manager who is passionate about inclusion and dedicated to helping vulnerable children attend school, belong, achieve, and thrive in their local communities.
