Protocol Education Limited is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant in Hayes with an urgent start and long-term, full-time prospects. You will support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and non-verbal communication, both 1:1 and in small groups, under the guidance of the SENCO and class teacher.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a welcoming school with experienced SEN staff, offering immediate trial days and ongoing support.

Key Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
• Pay: £95-£105 per day
• Location: Hayes
• Contract: Full-time | Long-term

About the Role

You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and non-verbal communication, working both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, encourage independence, and help pupils engage positively with their learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
