Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a November start at a welcoming primary school in South Ruislip. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, to help them engage with learning.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, bringing a calm, patient approach and strong behaviour management to create a positive learning environment over a long-term, full-time placement.

Key Details:

• Start Date: 2nd Nov 2026
• Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
• Pay: £95–£110 per day
• Location: South Ruislip
• Contract: Full-time | Long-term

About the Role:

You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and non-verbal communication, working both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, encourage independence and help pupils engage positively with their learning.
