Job summary

Axcis Education is seeking a caring SEND Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Reading. You will support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, encouraging engagement and helping them grow academically and personally. Personal care is required, and you should be comfortable assisting with these needs.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, and is paid at £92.63 per day PAYE. This is a temporary position, with DBS and compliance checks expected.

We are looking for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Reading, supporting pupils across a range of ages and a wide variety of SEND needs. The role will involve providing tailored classroom support, encouraging engagement and helping pupils develop both academically and personally. Personal care is an essential part of the role, so applicants must be comfortable supporting pupils with these needs. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, at £92.63 per day PAYE.
