The role involves one-to-one and group supervision, promoting person-centred learning, and safeguarding vulnerable learners across flexible session-based activities.

• Experienced in using sensory methods to help learners access the curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent one-to-one and group supervision strategies.
• Document learner progress and ensure the learner’s voice is central.
• Champion person-centred learning and support learners to achieve goals.
• Safeguard vulnerable young people.
• Undertake personal care as needed.
