I am currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in a primary school in North Bristol. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanently for the right candidate.

Your new role

The SENCo at this Bristol primary school is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant for this long-term position. You will support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder in KS1 on a 1:1 basis within the class environment. This is a full-time Teaching Assistant role working with the pupil through their EHCP with the support of the SENCo.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have specific school-based experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Two previous long-term placement references.
• It is desirable to hold NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
