Post-19 SEND Care Team Leader - Harrow

Are you seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced professional to lead your Post-19 SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Care Team in Harrow? I am a dedicated care and education professional with extensive experience supporting young adults with a wide range of special needs. I specialize in creating structured, person-centred care plans that promote independence, dignity, and engagement for individuals transitioning into adulthood.
