Job summary

Bosworth Academy is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a busy SEND department. The post is linked to a fixed-term contract for 1 year in the first instance, with a view to permanency, and is based on a 27.25-hour week across 39 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with students with Special Educational Needs.
• Supports and maintains high standards of teaching and learning in SEND.
• Contributes to ensuring the Bosworth Academy strapline 'No Student will Underachieve'.

Responsibilities

• Work with students with Special Educational Needs in a classroom setting.
• Support planning and delivery of inclusive activities.
• Collaborate with the SEND team to support high-quality teaching and learning.
