SEND Teaching Assistant September Start

About the role

Connex Education is working with a specialist SEN school based in Nottingham that has two separate sites a primary and secondary site. The school is currently looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in September in a long term placement.

The Role will be working Monday to Friday with working hours of 8.30 until 3.25, the role will be a long term placement with a view to permanent placement with the right candidate.

Person Specification

  • Have experience of supporting pupils with in mainstream or SEN setting
  • Strive for excellence and go the extra mile!
  • Being proactive
  • Be confident in working with challenging behaviour
  • Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
  • Being able to commute to Nottingham and surrounding areas
