REAch2 Academy Trust is hiring a SEND Teaching Assistant at Henhurst Ridge Primary Academy. You will support learning, adapt activities for pupils with special needs, and work with the class teacher to ensure inclusive, engaging lessons and empowering hands-on experiences.

The role focuses on cognition, language, social interaction and sensory processing support, with a commitment to high standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide class support and adapt learning for all pupils.
• Deliver structured small group or 1:1 activities as required.
• Support the class teacher to deliver whole class learning and make lessons engaging.
