Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Ealing for September 2026, to support pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH in both mainstream and specialist classrooms.

This graduate role offers hands-on school experience for those considering education, psychology, therapy or social care, with trial days arranged ASAP. You will work 1:1 and in small groups alongside SEND professionals such as Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and SENDCOs.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a desire to work with children.
• Experience working with young people through tutoring, mentoring, youth work or volunteering.
• Strong empathy, resilience and willingness to learn in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC, ADHD and SEMH.
• Collaborate with SEND professionals including Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and SENDCOs.
• Support pupils in mainstream and specialist classrooms and contribute to a positive learning environment.
