Thorpe Acre Junior School is seeking a passionate teaching assistant to provide academic, pastoral and behavioural support for children, individually or in small groups. The role is full-time, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only with 5 INSET days pro-rated.

The right candidate will be committed to safeguarding, have experience supporting children with SEND, and enjoy working with motivated, friendly learners. CPD opportunities are available to grow through mentorship and coaching.

Qualificações

• Commitment to safeguarding of all children.
• Experience in supporting children with SEND in their learning.
• Ability to motivate and enthuse children with a calm, caring manner.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver academic, pastoral and behavioural support to children.
• Support children 1:1 or in small groups to raise standards.
• Work with a friendly team to develop inclusive practice.
