Looking for someone with a good understanding of the challenges children and their families may face and have an open and non-judgemental approach.
We are an alternative learning provision that supports the re-engagement of children back into education of primary school age, struggling with trauma, mental health, emotional dysregulation, and additional needs related behaviours. We support their journey from a break down within their current placement, to supporting them to develop new skills and grow in confidence, to re-engage back into a setting that understands and best suits them.
We also pride ourselves on providing a network of support not only for the child, but the parent/carers and schools as well, to navigate the child’s behaviours, engagement in education and setting pathways to more support in all aspects of the child’s life
To be looking to continue with us after the apprenticeship has been completed and complete full time hours.
