Long Term Futures is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Shepshed. This Temp to Perm role is 8.40am–3.40pm with a daily rate of £100–£115 and a start date of 02/09/26.

• Experience in a special school, SEN unit, or SEND role.
• Confidence supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and communication needs.
• A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach with strong teamwork skills.
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
