Qualifications

• Proven SEND experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Previous childcare/education or youth-work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND needs.
• Assist class teachers to create inclusive, safe learning environments.
• Help students engage with the curriculum and access learning at their own pace.
• Support individual behaviour plans and promote positive behavior management.
