Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves are arranging a SEND LSA role in York for a Psychology graduate. You will provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with additional needs and help them engage throughout the school day.

Ideal candidates hold a Psychology degree (2:1 or higher) and demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with young people. September start, full-time until July 2027.

SEND LSA – Psychology Graduate | York

Are you a switched‑on Psychology Graduate looking for hands‑on experience before pursuing a long‑term career in Education or Teaching? A welcoming and ambitious mainstream Secondary School in York is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their team from September, initially until July 2027.

This role would suit someone with a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people. You will need to be proactive, approachable and confident building positive relationships with pupils, supporting them to overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
