We're working on behalf of a lovely special school that is looking for a TA to support KS1 students with a range of special needs & disabilities. The majority of the students' needs are physical disabilities, so experience in this area is essential.

This school is expanding and is a dynamic environment that requires all staff to be flexible, proactive, and patient.

The role

The TA's main responsibilities include providing general classroom support alongside two other TAs, proactively seeking opportunities to assist students.

While experience in a special school setting is preferred, applicants from mainstream backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate would be proactive, flexible, patient, and a team player.
