The Supply Register, in partnership with Prospere Trust Schools, is seeking caring, enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join Piper Hill Specialist School as soon as possible. Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Qualifications or training desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Assisting with learning, behaviour regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
• Working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Helping to implement individual education and behaviour support plans.
• Promoting positive relationships and engagement in learning.
