Job summary

The Education Network Durham & Newcastle seeks a SEND Teaching Assistant in Northumberland on a full-time, ongoing contract starting as soon as possible. Pay ranges from £95-£115 daily.

Supporting students with SEN needs and helping them engage with lessons, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create a structured, supportive environment and use positive behaviour management techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people within the past 2 years.
• Fully enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
• Teaching qualification is highly desirable.
