We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities or experience as a care or support worker.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social Communication difficulties.
* Assisting in the implementation of tailored educational programs.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support.

Requirements:

* Experience working with SEND children or young people.
* Background in care or support work is highly desirable.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Competitive rates of pay: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience).
