Working in partnership with, and under the direction of, our class teachers, you’ll support students and help our young people overcome barriers to learning. Support may be provided on a whole-class, cohort, or one-to-one basis both in and outside the classroom, sometimes encountering challenging behaviour and a wide range of abilities and needs, including specific learning needs, engagement issues, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Adaptability, emotional maturity, and resilience are essential, as no two days are the same.
