Job summary

Supply Heroes Ltd is seeking a minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about changing the lives of SEND children and promoting educational success. In this full-time role you will support two SEND children in Years 3 and 4 and contribute across KS2 as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management, experience with SSPPs or EHCPs, and be committed to a long-term appointment in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification.
• Experience supporting SEND children on SSPPs or EHCPs.

Responsibilities

Job description

Supply Heroes are looking for a minimum level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant who is passionate about changing the lives of SEND children and promoting educational success. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the educational development and social integration of 2 SEND Children in Years 3 & 4. In addition to this, the ideal applicant will be flexible to supporting within the class across Key Stage 2 when the school requires, so strong KS2 curriculum knowledge will be required.

Requirements for this role:

• A minimum Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning Qualification (or equivalent),
• Experience in supporting SEND Children on SSPPs or EHCPs,
• Ability to commit to a role over a longterm period, full time,
• Strong Behaviour Management skills,

This position is an immediate start for the successful applicant though start date can be flexible if required.
