Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK school.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual and small group support: Assisting pupils with learning activities, providing one-to-one support, and implementing differentiated learning plans.
• Creating and maintaining a supportive learning environment: Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils.
• Communicating effectively: Maintaining regular communication with teachers, parents/carers, and other professionals regarding pupil progress and well-being.
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs: Implementing strategies to support pupils' social and emotional development and manage challenging behaviour.
• Assisting with practical tasks: Supporting pupils with personal care needs, preparing learning materials, and maintaining classroom resources.
• Contributing to the wider school community: Participating in school events and activities and contributing to the overall well-being of the school.

Pay Rate: £90-120 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
