TimePlan Education is partnering with a SEND school in Esher to recruit multiple Teaching Assistants for a full-time, long-term position. You will support pupils with a range of special educational needs in a nurturing, well-resourced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience supporting children or young people with SEND, be patient and resilient, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork to help students reach their potential.

Qualificações

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (essential).

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, both in class and through targeted interventions.

• Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Assist students in developing their communication, social, and independence skills.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to support student progress.

TimePlan Education is working in partnership with a fantastic SEND school in Esher that is looking to appoint a number of dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
